This is a touching story of an OFW and his mother.
There is a video on YouTube that has gone viral since the time it has been uploaded.
The said video, entitled "Kay Inay," is intended to be a tribute for all the mothers on Mother's Day.
In this video, a man who has been working abroad suddenly goes home to be with his mother. He has been working abroad so as to enable him to afford the medications for his mother, who then was suffering from "Alzheimer's Disease."
After seeing his mother for the first time in 11 years, he was visibly heartbroken after his mother failed to recognize him. Because of this incident, he decided to leave his job abroad just so he can stay in the Philippines and take care of his mother personally.
While he was taking care of his mother, all the things that his mother did for him suddenly came back to him. There he realized how much he was loved by his mother, and that it is now time for him to give back the love that his mother had given him when she was still taking care of him.
One of the most touching parts of the video is when the man began singing the lullaby that his mother used to sing to him. His mother, while seated beside him, suddenly turns towards him and begins recognizing him once again.
It was a truly moving tribute aptly made for mothers.
